Refund Policy

Binate Group Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and exceptional products.  We try our best to make sure all listed products and services on our website are currently in stock and pricing is accurate. In the event that an ordered product or service is not available or we are unable to fill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative or refund.  

 

Refunds will be made to the same account that initiated payment, unless an alternative is specified.

Any refund made will incur an admin charge of 10% of the amount to be refunded, unless the refund is due to an error made by Binate Group.

Refunds cannot be given on some products and services. For a detailed list of refundable products and services please contact us.

We cannot process refunds claims if a purchased product/service is 30 days past the purchase date.
